Általános Szerződési Feltételek

Röviden
Mi ez: a CookedIn egy étrendtervező alkalmazás. Megmondod, hányan vagytok és mit nem esztek, az app összeállít egy néhány napos étrendet, hozzá bevásárlólistát és kamrát.
Mit kell tudnod:
- Ingyenes. Ma nincs mit fizetni, és nem is tudsz fizetni. A „Prémium” gomb csak azt méri, hányan szeretnék – nem vásárlás.
- 16 éves kortól használható.
- Ez egy korai próbaverzió. Hibázhat, változhat, és időnként állhat is.
- Nem orvosi tanács. Az app nem dietetikus. Az allergénlistát nem garantáljuk, a „javasolt felhasználni” dátum becslés, a beimportált receptet pedig gép állítja össze – mindig nézd át.
- Ami a tiéd, a tiéd marad. A saját receptjeidre nem szerzünk jogot azon túl, hogy megmutassuk neked és a háztartásodnak.
- Bármikor kiléphetsz. A fiókod törlését egy e-mailben kéred az info@cookedin.hu címen, ingyen.

Ezeket az adatokat az elektronikus kereskedelmi szolgáltatásokról szóló 2001. évi CVIII. törvény (Ekertv.) 4. §-a írja elő.

A szolgáltató magánszemély. A szolgáltató személye később változhat: ha az éles működést cég veszi át, erről előre értesítünk, és az új feltételeket újra el kell fogadnod. Az adatkezelő változásáról az adatkezelési tájékoztató szól.
2. Kire és mire vonatkozik
Ez a szerződés közted és a szolgáltató között jön létre, a CookedIn alkalmazás használatára.
Néhány szó, amit végig így használunk:
- App – a CookedIn webalkalmazás az app.cookedin.hu címen.
- Fiók – a te belépésed, Google-fiókkal.
- Háztartás – az a közös tér, amiben a terv, a lista, a kamra és a saját receptek vannak. Egy háztartásba többen is beléphettek egy meghívókóddal.
- Tag – a háztartás egy étkezője: becenév, korcsoport, adag, és hogy mit nem eszik. A tag nem feltétlenül felhasználó – egy gyerek tag lehet anélkül, hogy fiókja lenne.
- Import – recept behozatala egy videó vagy egy weboldal linkjéből.
3. Mit ad a CookedIn
- Néhány napos étrendtervet a háztartásod adatai alapján, úgy, hogy az alapanyagok többször hasznosuljanak.
- Bevásárlólistát a tervhez, és kamrát, ami követi, mi van itthon.
- Főzés nézetet a recept lépéseivel.
- Receptimportot videó- vagy weboldal-linkből, és saját recept rögzítését.
- A háztartás tagjai ugyanazt a tervet és listát látják.
Mit nem ad
- Nem ad egészségügyi, orvosi vagy dietetikai tanácsot (lásd 8. pont).
- Nem garantálja, hogy egy étel neked biztonságos – allergia, ételérzékenység, betegség vagy gyógyszerszedés esetén az orvosod vagy a dietetikusod dönt, nem az app.
- Nem szállít semmit, nem rendel élelmiszert, nem közvetít boltot.
- Nem orvosolja, ha egy külső szolgáltatás (például a videómegosztó) elzárja a hozzáférést – ilyenkor az import átmenetileg vagy véglegesen nem működik.
- Nem ígér folyamatos, hibátlan működést (lásd 10. pont).
4. Hogyan jön létre a szerződés
- Megnyitod az appot. A bejelentkezés előtti bemutatóhoz nem kell fiók. A válaszaidat a böngésződ őrzi, de a tervet a szerverünk készíti el – a válaszok tehát kimennek hozzánk, csak nem tároljuk őket. Azt is feljegyezzük, hogy elindult és hogy véget ért egy bemutató, név nélkül.
- Google-fiókkal belépsz. Jelszót nem adsz meg nekünk, és nem is tárolunk.
- Belépés előtt, a belépés gombja alatt látod ennek az ÁSZF-nek és az adatkezelési tájékoztatónak a linkjét. A belépéssel elfogadod ezt az ÁSZF-et, és kijelented, hogy elmúltál 16 éves. Az adatkezelési tájékoztatót nem „elfogadod” – az tájékoztatás, nem szerződés.
- A szerződés a belépés befejezésével, határozatlan időre jön létre.
A szerződés nyelve magyar. A szerződést nem iktatjuk külön dokumentumként; az ÁSZF mindenkori szövege a cookedin.hu/aszf oldalon érhető el, onnan elmenthető és kinyomtatható.
A zárt szakasz: béta-kód
A zárt, meghívásos tesztelés alatt csak meghívással lehet regisztrálni: a jelentkezőnek egy egyszer használható béta-kódot küldünk, és csak azzal lehet fiókot létrehozni. A kód a linkben érkezik, de kézzel is beírható. Kivétel: aki egy háztartás meghívólinkjéről érkezik, béta-kód nélkül is regisztrálhat – őt a meghívó háztartás kódja engedi be, és rögtön abba a háztartásba kerül.
A béta-kód a fiók létrehozásával elhasználódik: ugyanazzal a kóddal második fiókot nem lehet nyitni.
A zárt szakasz után ez a korlátozás megszűnik, és a regisztráció a fenti 1–4. lépés szerint megy.
Adatbeviteli hiba, visszaigazolás, magatartási kódex
Adatbeviteli hiba. A belépés előtt a bemutató válaszait visszalépve bármikor módosíthatod, és a folyamatot megszakíthatod – a szerződési nyilatkozat csak a belépés befejezésével megy el. A Google-fiók kiválasztása szintén megszakítható. Belépés után minden adatod és beállításod az appban módosítható.
Visszaigazolás. A szerződés létrejöttét az jelzi, hogy belépsz és megjelenik a saját felületed. Külön visszaigazoló e-mailt nem küldünk.
Magatartási kódex. A szolgáltató semmilyen magatartási kódexnek nem vetette alá magát.
5. Korhatár: 16 év
A CookedIn 16 éves kortól használható. A belépéssel kijelented, hogy elmúltál 16 éves.
Ezt nem ellenőrizzük. Nem kérünk születési dátumot és nem kérünk igazolást – az egyetlen feltétel egy működő Google-fiók. Ha kiderül, hogy egy felhasználó 16 évnél fiatalabb, a fiókot töröljük.
A gyerek nem felhasználó, hanem adat. A háztartásba felvehetsz gyerek tagot – becenévvel, korcsoporttal, és hogy mit nem eszik. Ezeket te viszed be, és te felelsz azért, hogy erre jogosult vagy (például szülőként). A gyerek tagnak nincs fiókja és nem lép be.
6. Ingyenes és prémium
Ma: minden ingyenes
A CookedIn jelenleg teljesen ingyenes, és fizetni nem is lehet. Nincs bankkártya, nincs előfizetés, nincs számlázás.
A Profil oldalon van egy „Prémium — hamarosan” sor. Ha megnyitod és az „Érdekel” gombra kattintasz, azzal csak azt jelzed, hogy érdekelne egy fizetős szint. Ez nem megrendelés, nem előfizetés, és semmilyen fizetési kötelezettséget nem keletkeztet. Csak azt jegyezzük fel, hogy a gombot megnyomtad.

A havi keret csak a videós importra vonatkozik – az kerül pénzbe nekünk. Weboldalról és bemásolt szövegből korlátlanul hozhatsz be receptet. A keretbe az a videó is beleszámít, amit végül elvetettél. Ha ugyanazt a videót valaki már behozta, azt keret nélkül kapod meg.
A tervezett prémium
A prémium szint tervezett tartalma:
- 14 napos terv
- élő közös szerkesztés
- napi 50 import
- lejárat-figyelés
- heti összefoglaló
- több háztartás
Ez terv, nem ígéret – a tartalma, az ára és az indulása változhat, és jelenleg nem megvásárolható.
Amikor a fizetős szint elindul, külön feltételeket teszünk közzé (ár, számlázás, megújítás, elállás), és azokat külön el kell fogadnod. A ma ingyenesen elérhető funkciókat nem tesszük visszamenőleg fizetőssé anélkül, hogy erről előre értesítenénk.
7. A te kötelezettségeid
- Valós adatokat adj meg. A fiókod a tiéd, ne add át másnak.
- A háztartásod tagjainak adataiért te felelsz. Csak olyan tag adatát vidd be, akinek erre felhatalmazása van, vagy akiért felelsz.
- A meghívókóddal bárki beléphet a háztartásodba – és látja a tervet, a listát, a kamrát, a háztartás receptjeit és a naplót. Ezért a kódot csak annak add meg, akivel tényleg megosztanád.
- Ne használd jogellenesen. Ne vigyél be olyan tartalmat, ami mást sért, jogellenes, vagy amire nincs jogod.
- Ne terheld túl. Gépi lekérdezés, tömeges adatgyűjtés, a korlátok megkerülése, a szolgáltatás visszafejtése vagy akadályozása nem megengedett.
- Az importnál te választod a linket. Ügyelj arra, hogy amit behozol, arra jogod legyen (lásd 9. pont).
Ha ezeket megszeged, felszólíthatunk a jogsértés abbahagyására, korlátozhatjuk a hozzáférésedet, vagy – súlyos vagy ismételt esetben – felmondhatjuk a szerződést és törölhetjük a fiókodat. Erről e-mailben értesítünk, és megírjuk az okát.
8. Felelősségi nyilatkozatok
8.1 Nem orvosi és nem dietetikai tanács
A CookedIn étrendtervező segédeszköz, nem egészségügyi szolgáltatás. Amit javasol, az nem orvosi, táplálkozási vagy dietetikai tanács, és nem helyettesíti a szakember véleményét. Ha betegséged van, gyógyszert szedsz, várandós vagy, vagy bármilyen egészségügyi okból figyelned kell arra, mit eszel, kérdezd meg az orvosodat vagy a dietetikusodat.
8.2 Allergének
A „mit nem eszik” beállítás étrendi szűrő, nem allergia-kezelés. Az app soha nem állítja, hogy egy étel neked biztonságos.
- A recepten megjelenő allergénlista az alapanyag-adatbázisunkból számolódik, nem a recept szövegéből. Nem garantáljuk, hogy hiánytalan és pontos.
- Ha egy recept alatt nem látsz allergénlistát, az nem azt jelenti, hogy nincs benne allergén – az app ilyenkor egyszerűen nem ír ki semmit.
- Súlyos allergia vagy ételintolerancia esetén mindig ellenőrizd a csomagoláson, és a keresztszennyeződés kockázatát is mérlegeld.
- A szűrés nem terjed ki arra, amit te teszel hozzá, cserélsz vagy helyettesítesz.
8.3 Eltarthatóság
A kamrában a „Javasolt felhasználni” dátum tájékoztató, konzervatív becslés, nem a csomagoláson feltüntetett fogyaszthatósági vagy szavatossági dátum. Amerikai nyílt adatokból (USDA FSIS FoodKeeper) számolt átlag, nem a te konkrét termékedre szól. A csomagoláson lévő dátum, a tárolás körülményei és a saját érzékszerveid mindig erősebbek, mint az app becslése. Romlott vagy gyanús élelmiszert ne használj fel.
8.4 Kalória és tápérték
Az app jelenleg sehol nem mutat kalóriát vagy tápértéket – a tápértékadatokat csak a tervezéshez használjuk, a képernyőre nem kerülnek ki. Ha ez megváltozik, a számok „kb.” értékek lesznek: nyers alapanyagra számolt, tájékoztató számok, amelyek a főzési veszteséget, a konkrét termék eltéréseit és az elkészítés módját nem modellezik. Fogyókúrás, sport- vagy orvosi célra ne ezekre támaszkodj.
8.5 Gépi feldolgozás az importnál
Az import kétféleképpen működik:
- Videós link (például TikTok): a videó nyilvános leírását egy külső szolgáltató mesterséges intelligenciával alakítja recepttá. Mi a feladatot adjuk meg neki, a felismerést ő végzi.
- Weboldal linkje vagy bemásolt szöveg: itt nincs mesterséges intelligencia – az oldalban lévő géppel olvasható recept-adatokat olvassuk ki, vagy a szöveget bontjuk sorokra.
Mindkettő tévedhet: kihagyhat vagy félreérthet hozzávalót, mennyiséget vagy lépést. Az importált receptet mindig nézd át, mielőtt főznél belőle. Az importált recept pontosságáért nem vállalunk felelősséget.
8.6 Felelősségkorlátozás
- A szolgáltatást „ahogy van” állapotban nyújtjuk. Ez egy korai próbaverzió.
- Nem felelünk azért a kárért, ami abból ered, hogy a fenti tájékoztató adatokra (allergén, eltarthatóság, tápérték, importált recept) ellenőrzés nélkül támaszkodtál.
- Nem felelünk a külső szolgáltatások (Google-belépés, videómegosztó, internetkapcsolat) kimaradásáért.
- Nem felelünk elmaradt haszonért vagy közvetett kárért.
- Amiért felelünk: a szándékosan okozott, valamint az emberi életet, testi épséget vagy egészséget károsító szerződésszegésért való felelősségünket nem zárjuk ki és nem korlátozzuk. A fogyasztót a jogszabály alapján megillető jogokat ez a szakasz nem érinti.
9. Tartalom és szerzői jog
9.1 Ami a miénk
Az app, a megjelenése, a szövegei, az alapanyag-adatbázis összeállítása és a közös receptkatalógus receptjei a szolgáltatóé vagy azé, akitől a jogot megszereztük. Ezeket az app használatához kapod meg – nem másolhatod, nem adhatod tovább, és nem építhetsz belőle saját szolgáltatást.
Egy recept lényege – hogy miből mennyi, és mi a lépések sorrendje – önmagában ténykérdés. A mi szövegünk, elrendezésünk és az adatbázis összessége viszont védett.
Ami nem a miénk: az alapanyagok tápérték- és eltarthatósági adatai amerikai közkincs forrásokból (USDA FoodData Central, USDA FSIS FoodKeeper), az árbecslések a KSH nyilvános átlagáraiból jönnek. Ezeket a forrásokat az appban a Profil → Adatforrások oldal nevezi meg. Magukra a nyers adatokra nem szerzünk és nem is állítunk jogot.
9.2 Ami a tiéd
A saját recepted a tiéd marad. Amit beírsz vagy importálsz, azon nem szerzünk tulajdonjogot.
Annyi jogot kapunk, amennyi a szolgáltatás működéséhez kell: tárolni és megmutatni neked és a háztartásod tagjainak, valamint biztonsági mentést készíteni róla. Ezt bármikor visszavonhatod azzal, hogy törlöd a receptet.
A saját és importált recept a HÁZTARTÁSÉ, nem a fiókodé. Ha kilépsz a háztartásból, ezek ott maradnak a többieknek – te új, üres háztartással indulsz. A saját tagságod (a beceneved és a kizárásaid) veled megy.
A háztartás addig él, amíg van benne felhasználó. Ha egyedül vagy benne, és egy meghívókóddal átlépsz egy másik háztartásba, a régi háztartás és a benne lévő adatok – terv, lista, kamra, receptek, napló – megszűnnek.
A saját receptek ma nem nyilvánosak. Nincs nyilvános megosztás az appban: amit rögzítesz vagy importálsz, azt csak a háztartásod tagjai látják. Ha valaha lesz nyilvános megosztás, azt külön kérjük, és külön feltételekkel.
9.3 Importált recept
Ha egy videóból vagy weboldalról hozol be receptet:
- Az eredeti tartalom az alkotóé marad. Mi csak a recept adatait (hozzávalók, lépések) hozzuk át – a videót, a képet és a hangot nem tároljuk.
- Az importált recept privát: csak te és a háztartásod tagjai látjátok.
- A forrás linkje megmarad a recepten – ez a forrásmegjelölés, és rendszerint az eredeti alkotó nevét is tartalmazza.
- Az import a saját, magáncélú használatodra szól. Nem publikálhatod, nem terjesztheted, és nem adhatod ki sajátodként.
- Ha az alkotó kéri, a tartalmából készült importokat töröljük (lásd 12. pont).
Amit tudnod kell a videós importról: ha egy videót már valaki behozott, a következő import a korábbi feldolgozás eredményét kapja meg, új külső hívás nélkül. Ez gyorsabb és nem fogyasztja a havi kereted – cserébe a feldolgozott recept akkor is megmarad nálunk, ha te utána elvetetted vagy törölted.
9.4 Ha valaki jogsértést jelez
Ha úgy látod, hogy az appban lévő tartalom a te jogodat sérti, írj az info@cookedin.hu címre. A bejelentést megvizsgáljuk, és az érintett tartalmat eltávolíthatjuk. Részletek a 12. pontban.
10. Elérhetőség, módosítás, szüneteltetés
- Nem vállalunk rendelkezésre állási garanciát. Ez egy korai szolgáltatás, egyetlen fejlesztővel.
- Karbantartás vagy hiba miatt a szolgáltatás szünetelhet. A tervezett, hosszabb leállásról igyekszünk előre szólni.
- A szolgáltatás tartalma változhat: funkció kerülhet bele, alakulhat át, és ki is kerülhet. Lényeges változásról előre értesítünk az appban vagy e-mailben.
- A szolgáltatás megszüntethető. Ha a CookedInt leállítjuk, arról legalább 30 nappal előbb értesítünk, és addig lehetőséged van az adataid letöltésére (a Profil oldalról, JSON-fájlban).
Az app egy része offline is működik: a telefonod tárolja a tervet, a listát és a recepteket, így kapcsolat nélkül is megnézheted őket. Offline módosítani a bevásárlólistát tudod – a kipipálások sorba állnak a telefonodon, és a kapcsolat helyreálltakor jutnak el a többiekhez. A többi módosításhoz (terv, kamra, receptek) kapcsolat kell.
11. Felmondás és fióktörlés
Te bármikor felmondhatod
Egyszerűen abbahagyod a használatot, vagy kéred a fiókod törlését.
A fiók törlése: a Profil oldalon a „Fiók törlésének kérése” linkre koppintva egy kész levél nyílik az info@cookedin.hu címre. A kérést ember kezeli.
- Ingyenes és indoklás nélküli.
- Legkésőbb egy hónapon belül teljesítjük.
- Azonosítás: elég, ha a fiókodhoz tartozó e-mail-címről írsz.
- Megkérdezhetjük, miért mész el, és ajánlhatunk más megoldást – de ha kitartasz mellette, törlünk.
Mi marad a törlés után:
- A háztartás adatai megmaradnak a háztartásban: a tervek, a bevásárlólista, a kamra, a saját és importált receptek. Ezek a többi tagé is.
- A háztartás naplójában a korábbi bejegyzések megmaradnak, de már nem a te nevedhez kötve.
- Ugyanígy név nélkül marad meg, amit visszajelzésként írtál, és hogy mely napokon használtad az appot.
- Amit mi nem tudunk visszacsinálni: a mentések. A titkosított biztonsági mentésekből az adat a mentések lejártával (legfeljebb néhány hét) tűnik el.
A törlési kérésedet tartalmazó e-mailt a törlés elvégzése után a postafiókunkból is töröljük.
Töltsd le az adataidat, mielőtt törlést kérsz – a Profil oldalon egyetlen gombbal JSON-fájlt kapsz. Törlés után ez már nem lehetséges.

Mi is felmondhatjuk
- Indokolás nélkül, 30 napos felmondással, e-mailben értesítve.
- Azonnali hatállyal, ha súlyosan megszeged ezt az ÁSZF-et (7. pont), ha jogellenesen használod a szolgáltatást, vagy ha kiderül, hogy nem érted el a 16 éves kort.
12. Panasz és bejelentés
Egy cím mindenre: info@cookedin.hu
Ide írhatsz, ha:
- panaszod van a szolgáltatásra,
- hibát találtál (az appban a visszajelzés űrlap is erre való),
- a fiókod törlését kéred,
- alkotóként kéred, hogy a tartalmadból készült importokat töröljük,
- jogsértést jelentesz be.
Mit vállalunk: a bejelentésre 48 órán belül válaszolunk, és megírjuk, mit lépünk. Ha a vizsgálat hosszabb, erről is írunk. Az adatvédelmi kéréseket (hozzáférés, helyesbítés, törlés) a jogszabály szerinti egy hónapon belül teljesítjük.
A panaszt és az arra adott választ a jogszabályban előírt ideig megőrizzük. Az appból küldött visszajelzést a csapat tagjai a beceneveddel és az e-mail-címeddel együtt látják; erről az adatkezelési tájékoztató szól bővebben.
13. Adatkezelés
Hogy milyen adatot, miért és meddig kezelünk, azt az adatkezelési tájékoztató írja le. Az elolvasása nélkül ne fogadd el ezt az ÁSZF-et.
Röviden: Google-fiókkal lépsz be, az onnan kapott e-mail-címedet és keresztnevedet tároljuk; a háztartás adatait te adod meg; hirdetési és mérő sütit nem használunk; a videós importnál a videó nyilvános leírása megy ki egy külső feldolgozóhoz, a te adataid nem. Weboldal linkjénél az oldalt a mi szerverünk tölti le, nem a te böngésződ – így a te IP-címed nem jut ki a másik oldalra.
14. Irányadó jog, jogviták
- Erre a szerződésre a magyar jog az irányadó.
- A vitát először egymás között próbáljuk rendezni: írj az info@cookedin.hu címre.
Ha fogyasztó vagy (nem üzleti célból használod az appot), a következő lehetőségeid is vannak:

2024. január 1-je óta a békéltető testületek regionálisak: Zala, Vas és Győr-Moson-Sopron vármegye fogyasztói ügyeiben a győri testület jár el. A szolgáltató lakcíme Táplánszentkereszt (Vas vármegye), ezért ez az illetékes. Te fogyasztóként a saját lakóhelyed vagy tartózkodási helyed szerinti testülethez is fordulhatsz – a kérelmedben mást is kérhetsz.
15. Az ÁSZF módosítása
- Az ÁSZF-et módosíthatjuk – például ha a szolgáltatás változik, vagy a jogszabály úgy kívánja.
- A lényeges módosításról legalább 15 nappal előbb értesítünk, az appban vagy e-mailben.
- Ha nem fogadod el, a hatálybalépésig felmondhatod a szerződést, és kérheted a fiókod törlését.

Terms of Service
Effective: 1 October 2026. This is an English translation; if the two versions differ, the Hungarian version prevails.
In brief
What this is: CookedIn is a meal-planning app. You tell it how many of you there are and what you do not eat, and the app puts together a meal plan for a few days, with a shopping list and a pantry.
What you need to know:
- Free. There is nothing to pay today, and you cannot pay. The “Premium” button only measures how many people would be interested – it is not a purchase.
- Age 16 and over.
- This is an early trial version. It may contain errors, it may change, and it may be unavailable from time to time.
- Not medical advice. The app is not a dietitian. We do not guarantee the allergen list, the “Javasolt felhasználni” (“Suggested to use within”) date is an estimate, and an imported recipe is put together by a machine – always check them yourself.
- What is yours stays yours. We do not acquire rights to your own recipes beyond showing them to you and your household.
- You can leave at any time. You request deletion of your account in an email to info@cookedin.hu, free of charge.

The Provider is a private individual. The identity of the Provider may change later: if a company takes over the live operation, we will notify you in advance, and you will have to accept the new terms again. The change of data controller is covered by the privacy notice.
2. Who and what these Terms cover
This agreement is made between you and the Provider, for the use of the CookedIn app.
A few words we use throughout:
- App – the CookedIn web application at app.cookedin.hu.
- Account – your login, via a Google account.
- Household – the shared space that holds the plan, the list, the pantry and your own recipes. Several of you can join one Household with an invitation code.
- Member – one person who eats in the Household: a nickname, an age group, a portion size, and what they do not eat. A Member is not necessarily a user – a child can be a Member without having an Account.
- Import – bringing in a recipe from the link of a video or a web page.
3. What CookedIn offers
- A meal plan for a few days based on your Household’s details, arranged so that ingredients are used more than once.
- A shopping list for the plan, and a pantry that keeps track of what you have at home.
- A cooking view with the steps of the recipe.
- Recipe import from a video or web page link, and entry of your own recipes.
- The Members of the Household see the same plan and list.
What it does not offer
- It does not give health, medical or dietary advice (see section 8).
- It does not guarantee that a dish is safe for you – in case of allergy, food sensitivity, illness or medication, your doctor or dietitian decides, not the app.
- It does not deliver anything, order groceries or act as an intermediary for any shop.
- It does not fix the situation if an external service (for example the video platform) blocks access – in that case Import stops working temporarily or permanently.
- It does not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation (see section 10).
4. How the agreement is formed
- You open the app. No Account is needed for the introduction shown before you log in. Your answers are kept by your browser, but the plan is generated by our server – so the answers are sent to us, we just do not store them. We also record that an introduction was started and that it ended, without your name.
- You log in with a Google account. You do not give us a password, and we do not store one.
- Before you log in, below the login button, you see the links to these Terms and to the privacy notice. By logging in you accept these Terms, and you declare that you are at least 16 years old. The privacy notice is not something you “accept” – it is information, not a contract.
- The agreement is formed when the login is completed, for an indefinite period.
The language of the agreement is Hungarian. We do not file the agreement as a separate document; the current text of these Terms is available at cookedin.hu/aszf, and can be saved and printed from there.
The closed phase: beta code
During the closed, invitation-only testing, registration is by invitation only: we send the applicant a single-use beta code, and an Account can only be created with it. The code arrives in a link, but it can also be typed in by hand. Exception: anyone who arrives from a Household invitation link can register without a beta code – the invitation code of that Household lets them in, and they go straight into that Household.
The beta code is used up when the Account is created: a second Account cannot be opened with the same code.
After the closed phase this restriction ends, and registration works as in steps 1–4 above.
Input errors, confirmation, code of conduct
Input errors. Before logging in, you can go back and change the answers of the introduction at any time, and you can abort the process – the contractual declaration is only sent when the login is completed. Choosing the Google account can also be aborted. After logging in, all your data and settings can be changed in the app.
Confirmation. The formation of the agreement is shown by the fact that you log in and your own screen appears. We do not send a separate confirmation email.
Code of conduct. The Provider has not subjected itself to any code of conduct.
5. Minimum age: 16
CookedIn may be used from the age of 16. By logging in, you declare that you are at least 16 years old.
We do not check this. We do not ask for a date of birth or for proof – the only condition is a working Google account. If it turns out that a user is under 16, we delete the Account.
A child is not a user but data. You can add a child as a Member of your Household – with a nickname, an age group, and what they do not eat. You enter this information, and you are responsible for being entitled to do so (for example as a parent). A child Member has no Account and does not log in.
6. Free and premium
Today: everything is free
CookedIn is currently completely free, and it is not even possible to pay. There is no bank card, no subscription, no billing.
On the Profile page there is a “Prémium — hamarosan” (“Premium — coming soon”) line. If you open it and click the “Érdekel” (“Interested”) button, you are only indicating that you would be interested in a paid tier. This is not an order, not a subscription, and creates no obligation to pay. We only record that you pressed the button.

The monthly allowance applies only to video Import – that is what costs us money. You can import recipes from a web page or from pasted text without limit. A video you ended up discarding still counts towards the allowance. If someone has already imported the same video, you receive it without using the allowance.
The planned premium tier

This is a plan, not a promise – its content, price and launch may change, and it currently cannot be purchased.
When the paid tier launches, we will publish separate terms (price, billing, renewal, withdrawal), and you will have to accept them separately. We will not retroactively make paid any feature that is free today without notifying you in advance.
7. Your obligations
- Give real information. Your Account is yours; do not hand it over to anyone else.
- You are responsible for the data of your Household’s Members. Only enter the data of a Member who has authorised you to, or for whom you are responsible.
- Anyone with your invitation code can join your Household – and will see the plan, the list, the pantry, the Household’s recipes and the log. So give the code only to someone you would genuinely share it with.
- Do not use it unlawfully. Do not enter content that harms others, is unlawful, or that you have no right to.
- Do not overload it. Automated queries, mass data collection, circumventing the limits, reverse-engineering or obstructing the service are not permitted.
- With Import, you choose the link. Make sure you have the right to what you bring in (see section 9).
If you breach these obligations, we may call on you to stop the infringement, restrict your access or – in serious or repeated cases – terminate the agreement and delete your Account. We will notify you by email and state the reason.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No medical or dietary advice
CookedIn is a meal-planning aid, not a healthcare service. What it suggests is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and does not replace the opinion of a professional. If you have an illness, take medication, are pregnant, or for any health reason need to watch what you eat, ask your doctor or dietitian.
8.2 Allergens
The “what they do not eat” setting is a dietary filter, not allergy management. The app never states that a dish is safe for you.
- The allergen list shown on a recipe is calculated from our ingredient database, not from the text of the recipe. We do not guarantee that it is complete and accurate.
- If you see no allergen list under a recipe, that does not mean it contains no allergens – in that case the app simply shows nothing.
- In case of severe allergy or food intolerance, always check the packaging, and consider the risk of cross-contamination as well.
- The filter does not cover anything you add, swap or substitute.
8.3 Shelf life
The “Javasolt felhasználni” (“Suggested to use within”) date in the pantry is an informative, conservative estimate, not the use-by or best-before date printed on the packaging. It is an average calculated from American open data (USDA FSIS FoodKeeper), and does not refer to your specific product. The date on the packaging, the storage conditions and your own senses always outweigh the app’s estimate. Do not use spoiled or suspicious food.
8.4 Calories and nutritional values
The app currently shows no calories or nutritional values anywhere – we use nutrition data only for planning, and it is not displayed on screen. If this changes, the figures will be “approx.” (“kb.”) values: indicative numbers calculated for raw ingredients, which do not model cooking losses, differences between specific products, or the method of preparation. Do not rely on them for dieting, sports or medical purposes.
8.5 Automated processing in Import
Import works in two ways:
- Video link (for example TikTok): an external provider turns the video’s public description into a recipe using artificial intelligence. We give it the task; it does the recognition.
- Web page link or pasted text: there is no artificial intelligence here – we read the machine-readable recipe data in the page, or we split the text into lines.
Either can be wrong: it may omit or misread an ingredient, a quantity or a step. Always check an imported recipe before you cook from it. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of an imported recipe.
8.6 Limitation of liability
- We provide the service “as is”. This is an early trial version.
- We are not liable for damage arising from your relying, without checking, on the informative data above (allergens, shelf life, nutritional values, imported recipes).
- We are not liable for outages of external services (Google login, the video platform, your internet connection).
- We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect damage.
- What we are liable for: we do not exclude or limit our liability for breach of contract committed intentionally, or for breach of contract that harms human life, bodily integrity or health. This section does not affect the rights that a consumer has under the law.
9. Content and copyright
9.1 What is ours
The app, its appearance, its texts, the compilation of the ingredient database and the recipes of the shared recipe catalogue belong to the Provider or to whoever we obtained the rights from. You receive them for the use of the app – you may not copy them, pass them on, or build your own service from them.
The essence of a recipe – what quantity of what, and the order of the steps – is a matter of fact in itself. Our wording, layout and the database as a whole, however, are protected.
What is not ours: the nutrition and shelf-life data of the ingredients come from American public-domain sources (USDA FoodData Central, USDA FSIS FoodKeeper); the price estimates come from the public average prices of the KSH (Hungarian Central Statistical Office). The app names these sources on the Profile → Data sources page (“Profil → Adatforrások”). We do not acquire, and do not claim, rights to the raw data itself.
9.2 What is yours
Your own recipe stays yours. We do not acquire ownership of what you enter or import.
We receive only as much right as the operation of the service requires: to store it and show it to you and the Members of your Household, and to make a backup of it. You can withdraw this at any time by deleting the recipe.
Your own and imported recipes belong to the HOUSEHOLD, not to your Account. If you leave the Household, they stay there for the others – you start with a new, empty Household. Your own membership (your nickname and your exclusions) goes with you.
A Household lives as long as it has a user in it. If you are alone in it and move to another Household with an invitation code, the old Household and the data in it – plan, list, pantry, recipes, log – cease to exist.
Your own recipes are not public today. There is no public sharing in the app: what you enter or import is seen only by the Members of your Household. If public sharing is ever introduced, we will ask for it separately, and on separate terms.
9.3 Imported recipes
If you bring in a recipe from a video or a web page:
- The original content stays with its creator. We only take over the recipe data (ingredients, steps) – we do not store the video, the image or the sound.
- The imported recipe is private: only you and the Members of your Household see it.
- The link to the source stays on the recipe – this is the attribution, and it usually also contains the name of the original creator.
- Import is for your own, private use. You may not publish or distribute it, or pass it off as your own.
- If the creator asks, we delete the imports made from their content (see section 12).
What you should know about video Import: if someone has already imported a video, the next Import receives the result of the earlier processing, with no new external call. This is faster and does not use your monthly allowance – in return, the processed recipe stays with us even if you subsequently discarded or deleted it.
9.4 If someone reports an infringement
If you believe that content in the app infringes your rights, write to info@cookedin.hu. We will examine the report, and we may remove the content concerned. Details in section 12.
10. Availability, changes, suspension
- We give no availability guarantee. This is an early service, with a single developer.
- The service may be suspended for maintenance or because of a fault. We try to give advance notice of planned, longer outages.
- The content of the service may change: a feature may be added, reworked, and also removed. We will notify you in advance of material changes in the app or by email.
- The service may be discontinued. If we shut CookedIn down, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and until then you can download your data (from the Profile page, as a JSON file).
Part of the app also works offline: your phone stores the plan, the list and the recipes, so you can view them without a connection. Offline, you can edit the shopping list – your ticks are queued on your phone and reach the others when the connection is restored. The other changes (plan, pantry, recipes) need a connection.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may terminate at any time
You simply stop using the app, or you request deletion of your Account.
Deleting the Account: on the Profile page, tap the “Fiók törlésének kérése” (“Request account deletion”) link, and a ready-made email opens addressed to info@cookedin.hu. The request is handled by a person.
- Free of charge and no reason required.
- We carry it out within one month at the latest.
- Identification: it is enough if you write from the email address linked to your Account.
- We may ask why you are leaving and offer another solution – but if you insist, we delete.
What remains after deletion:
- The Household’s data stays in the Household: the plans, the shopping list, the pantry, the own and imported recipes. These belong to the other Members too.
- Earlier entries in the Household log stay, but are no longer linked to your name.
- Likewise, the feedback you wrote and the days on which you used the app remain without a name.
- What we cannot undo: the backups. The data disappears from the encrypted backups when the backups expire (several weeks at most).
After the deletion has been carried out, we also delete the email containing your deletion request from our mailbox.
Download your data before you request deletion – on the Profile page you get a JSON file with a single button. After deletion this is no longer possible.

We may also terminate
- Without giving a reason, with 30 days’ notice, notified by email.
- With immediate effect, if you seriously breach these Terms (section 7), if you use the service unlawfully, or if it turns out that you have not reached the age of 16.
12. Complaints and notices

You can write here if:
- you have a complaint about the service,
- you have found a bug (the feedback form in the app is also for this),
- you are requesting deletion of your Account,
- you are a creator asking us to delete the imports made from your content,
- you are reporting an infringement.
What we commit to: we reply to a report within 48 hours and tell you what we are doing. If the investigation takes longer, we write that too. We fulfil data protection requests (access, rectification, erasure) within one month, as required by law.
We keep the complaint and our reply for the period prescribed by law. Feedback sent from the app is seen by members of the team together with your nickname and your email address; the privacy notice says more about this.
13. Data processing
What data we process, why and for how long is described in the privacy notice. Do not accept these Terms without reading it.
In brief: you log in with a Google account, and we store the email address and first name we receive from it; you provide the Household’s data; we use no advertising or measurement cookies; for video Import, the public description of the video goes to an external processor – your data does not. For a web page link, our server downloads the page, not your browser – so your IP address does not reach the other site.
14. Governing law and disputes
- This agreement is governed by Hungarian law.
- We first try to settle a dispute between ourselves: write to info@cookedin.hu.

Since 1 January 2024 the conciliation boards have been regional: in consumer matters of Zala, Vas and Győr-Moson-Sopron counties, the Győr board acts. The Provider’s address is Táplánszentkereszt (Vas county), so this is the competent board. As a consumer, you can also turn to the board for your own place of residence or stay – in your application you can ask for something else as well.
15. Amendments to the Terms
- We may amend these Terms – for example if the service changes, or if the law so requires.
- We will notify you of a material amendment at least 15 days in advance, in the app or by email.
- If you do not accept it, you may terminate the agreement before it takes effect, and request deletion of your Account.
- If the identity of the Provider changes (from a private individual to a company), we will notify you separately, and you will have to accept the new terms again.
- The current text of these Terms is available at cookedin.hu/aszf, with the date of entry into force.
16. Effect
- Effective: 1 October 2026.
- This text is in Hungarian. The English version on this page is a translation; if they differ, the Hungarian prevails.
- If any provision is found to be invalid, the other provisions remain in force.
